Anahaa
Founder and teacher at Elevate With Ana. Nine years of practice in Himalayan Kriya Yoga, ancient meditation, breathwork and nervous-system work — taught to students across the world.
“Everything changed when I learned I could change my identity before I changed my reality.”
I'm Anahaa. For a long time I did it the other way round, fixing the circumstances first and waiting to feel different. It never held.
Nine years of practice and a lot of living taught me the order it actually works in. Change who you are being, and the reality catches up on its own.
Since then I have taught this to people across the world, most of whom arrived tired and fairly sceptical. Every session in here is one I still use myself.
What I teach
Four practices, one order.
Himalayan Kriya Yoga
The Kriya initiation that runs through Step Into, Bloom Into and Quantum Leap Into the Creator's Frequency, and through the seven planetary Kriyas of Cosmic Alignment.
Ancient meditation and breathwork
The Altered States work — theta, brainwave states, preparing the body, grounding. Techniques studied for their effects on stress, pain and behavioural change.
Nervous-system work
Nervous System Re-Alignment: inner child, the mother and father imprints, and the receiving body. Understanding a learned pattern well enough that it stops running the present.
Subconscious reprogramming
Subliminals and identity work, including a monthly subliminal matched to your birth chart for members.
What this is not
Practice, not treatment.
EWA teaches meditation, breathwork and yogic practice. It is not medical or psychological care, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and nothing here is a substitute for a clinician. The planetary framework in Cosmic Alignment is EWA's own symbolic methodology; the practices underneath it draw from meditation, breathwork and yoga traditions that have been studied for their effects on stress and wellbeing.
If you are working with a health professional, keep working with them.
The teaching lives in the membership — every course, one price. Live work with me runs through the Creator Identity Immersion. If you would rather just ask something first, contact us.
