Who controls your data

Brija Umesh Bani, sole proprietor trading as Anahaata, Shop No. 117, First Floor, Cosmo Complex, Kalawad Road, Mahila College Chowk, Rajkot, Gujarat, 360001, India, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Reach us at support@elevatewithana.com.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored hashed; we never see the original.
• Sign-in details from Google, if you use it to sign in — your name, email and account identifier.
• Purchase records — what you bought, when, the amount, the currency and the payment reference. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN; those go directly to the payment gateway.
• Learning activity — which lessons you have watched and how far, your logged practice sets, your streak.
• Birth details (date, time and place of birth), if you choose to use the subliminal maker, together with the placements calculated from them.
• What you write in the community — your posts and replies, visible to other members.
• Your country, derived from the network your request arrives on, so we can show the right currency.
• Your preferences — timezone, language and which emails you want.

Why we use it

• To give you the access you paid for, and to remember where you stopped. (Performance of our contract with you.)
• To take payment and issue receipts, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. (Contract and legal obligation.)
• To generate subliminal audio tuned to your chart — only if you enter birth details. (Your consent, withdrawable by deleting the chart.)
• To send service email: verification, password resets, receipts, and notices about your access. (Contract.)
• To send practice reminders and product news, which you can switch off in your profile at any time. (Consent.)
• To keep the platform secure and prevent account sharing and fraud. (Legitimate interests.)

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each processes data only on our instructions.

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and video streaming.
• Neon — the database holding your account, purchases and progress.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage for course files, images and generated audio.
• Razorpay and Stripe — payment processing. They are independent controllers for the payment data they collect.
• Resend — sending transactional email.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with it.
• Inngest — running background jobs such as sending receipts.

Some of these process data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s standard contractual protections.

How long we keep it

• Account and learning data: while your account exists, and deleted when you delete it.
• Purchase and tax records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after you delete your account. These are financial records, not marketing data.
• Generated subliminal audio: deleted when the download link expires, or sooner if you delete the track.
• Community posts: removed when you delete them or your account.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Most of this you can do yourself from your profile — including deleting your account, which is immediate and permanent.

For anything else, email support@elevatewithana.com. We respond within two working days, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first so that nobody else can request your data.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your theme choice. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking the sign-in cookie means you cannot stay signed in.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Video is served through signed, expiring URLs, so a leaked link stops working. Downloads of generated audio expire. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you.

Children

EWA is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it, and we will email account holders about anything material. Questions, requests and complaints go to support@elevatewithana.com or the address on our contact page.
