Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Brija Umesh Bani, sole proprietor trading as Anahaata, Shop No. 117, First Floor, Cosmo Complex, Kalawad Road, Mahila College Chowk, Rajkot, Gujarat, 360001, India. Throughout these terms “we”, “us” and “EWA” mean that business, and “you” means the person holding the account.

What we sell

EWA sells access to digital content: recorded courses in ancient meditation, breathwork and Kriya practice, the guided practice path that goes with them, personalised subliminal audio, and access to the members’ community.

• Membership — a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that opens the whole library for as long as it stays active.
• Individual purchases — one-time payments that give you permanent access to the specific item you bought.

Everything is delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped. See our delivery policy for how and when access arrives.

Your account

You need an account to access anything you buy. Keep your login details to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under your account, and access is for one person.

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your email address current — that is where receipts and access notices go.
• Do not share, sell or transfer your login. Sharing an account is the one thing that gets access withdrawn without a refund.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has your password.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion is permanent and removes your progress, streak and saved subliminals.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
• You can cancel any time from your profile. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, access pauses until the payment clears.
• We may change our prices. A price change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before the next renewal.

Refunds are covered separately in our refund and cancellation policy.

What you may and may not do with the content

Buying access does not transfer ownership. The courses, videos, audio, written material and the EWA name remain ours or our licensors’. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while your access is active.

• You may watch, listen and practice for your own personal use.
• You may not record, download (except where we provide a download), copy, re-upload, resell or publicly share any of it.
• You may not use the content to teach or train others commercially without written permission.
• Subliminal audio we generate for you is for your own use and is not licensed for redistribution.

The community

The members’ community on this site exists so people can ask questions and share their practice. Keep it usable: no harassment, no spam, no promoting other products, no medical advice presented as fact.

We may remove posts or withdraw community access from anyone who makes the space worse for everyone else. That does not affect access to course content you have paid for.

This is education, not medical care

EWA teaches practices. It does not provide medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment, and nothing here is a diagnosis or a prescription. Breathwork, cold exposure, deep meditation and intensive Kriya practice affect the body and the nervous system.

• Speak to a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, or if you have a heart condition, epilepsy, high or low blood pressure, glaucoma, a respiratory condition, a history of psychosis or dissociation, or any other serious condition.
• Never practice breathwork in or near water, while driving, or while operating anything that could hurt you if you lost consciousness.
• Stop if you feel unwell and seek medical help if you need it.
• You practice at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging what is safe for your body.

Results

We make no promise about outcomes. Anything a member says about their own experience is their experience, not a guarantee of yours. What you get out of the practice depends on how much of it you actually do.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt access. We may add, change or retire individual courses; if we retire something you bought outright, we will tell you first and give you a way to keep what you paid for.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from your use of the practices taught here. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Ending access

You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription or deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms — in particular by sharing your account or redistributing the content — and in that case we are not obliged to refund you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force, and the effective date at the top tells you when it changed. If a change materially affects you, we will notify account holders by email. Continuing to use EWA after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
